Due to a limited most number of platform members, it was not attainable to make sure that every sector and curiosity group might be immediately represented in all its selection. It operates via a plenary in full composition of all fifty seven members and 10 observers, supported by subgroups where the technical work on its opinions, reviews or recommendations takes place. The plenary serves as a discussion board to make sure that acceptable linkages are created between the relevant subgroups and to formally endorse recommendation and reports of the Platform.
