Sarah Loy joined LACCM in 2005 as the program's Executive Assistant. Sarah works closely with the Executive Director and the rest of the management team to ensure the successful completion of both day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects. She serves as the liaison to the LACCM Board of Directors, and is also active in LACCM's Community Lawyering group and Diversity Committee. Sarah is an active member of the Worcester community, serving as President of the Worcester County chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union; as a Board member at Dismas House, a local non-profit that helps former prisoners re-enter the community; and as a Steering Committee member of Real Solutions, a community organization in the city of Worcester that seeks to eliminate any negative climate towards the poor. Sarah is also the Coordinator of the Arboretum Community Garden in Worcester, which provides free organic gardening space for more than 25 people every summer.
