Lyonel Jean-Pierre joined LACCM in 2006 as a staff attorney in the Families & Children Unit. In 2004, Lyonel was awarded the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation's Bart J. Gordon Memorial Fellowship. As the 2004 Bart Gordon Fellow, Lyonel worked for Massachusetts Correctional Legal Services advocating for the constitutional rights of prisoners held within the state's prisons, houses of corrections, and jails. Lyonel also served on the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation's Diversity Coalition Steering Committee, promoting diversity within legal services. Lyonel is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
