Eloa Celedon-Rodrigues joined LACCM in 2007 as a staff paralegal in the Families & Children Unit. Before coming to LACCM, Eloa was a staff paralegal and Notary of Public at the Lutheran Immigrant & Refugee Services, Immigration Department for two years. Eloa is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Eloa has extensive medical and legal interpreting experience in Portuguese.
